Busy ...

... Silly Saturday.  And World Food Day. 

We worked a lot into our day today!  Starting with a walk along Sobers Run at Jacobsburg State Park.  Actually we stopped to have our picnic lunch and visit the frog pond first!

We had a great walk along Sobers Run and really enjoyed being outside. The weather was quite nice ... no jackets required.  The bottom three pictures in my collage were taken at Jacobsburg ... at the frog pond and along our walk.  The rock cairn was still there ... or at least rebuilt from the last time.  And there were lots fallen leaves in the water. 

On the way home we stopped at Louise Moore County park as they were having a free county festive. Complete with food, live music and craft vendors.  The upper left picture shows one of our County Sheriff's and his K9 companion, Boomer. 

The Blue Jay picture was taken as I sat on the deck in the morning before we left.  

It was an all around fantastic day!
