Fig tree

We woke this morning to thunder, lightning and heavy rain, but it soon cleared away and we have had a clear sunny day, warm in the sun. Now, in late afternoon, the storms have returned.
Our fig tree is in a large tub against the wall of the house. It is healthy, but although it produces lots of little figs, they seldom reach maturity and then shrivel on the tree, so sad. However, this year there have been a few that have ripened, and we have been able to enjoy them. (Extra)
