Lovely Lynn, lovely lunch

I worked on my book in the morning after making a complicated pudding to freeze for when #3 daughter comes to stay, then we went to Lynn and Gavin’s for lunch. It was lovely to catch up with them as we’d not met for ages, what with us being away a lot and them becoming grandparents of triplets. Identical boys with a 2 year old brother. Lynn has had Covid twice, Gavin once but he might have long Covid. He’s lost fitness, is very tired and breathless but nothing has been found from tests.

Lynn is a wonderful cook so we won’t need any supper!
