Stone Blind

The Manchester Literary Festival is usually full of writers I’ve never heard of, but this year Natalie Haynes was taking part. Ellen had bought tickets for her and Isobel but Isobel double booked which was great as I was asked to step in….hurrah. I love her books, I wish I’d studied the classics. The latest one is about Medusa….Stone Blind, I can’t wait to start reading it.

We went into town to Central Library. She was so interesting and inspiring and very funny to listen to. I wore my snake necklace especially and when I got my book signed she commented and showed me her own Medusa pendant.
