The drive into the cabin this morning was horrible, lots of surface water and areas of flooding across the road. We have a dip in the path outside the shop where the rain collects and hubby spent most of the morning trying to sweep the water away so that customers could visit without having to paddle. It was disappointing that some cabin holders didn’t make the effort to come in today, the weather cleared up and it was quite a nice afternoon.
Apparently October 24th is the average day people first turn on their heating. Looking at the forecast we shouldn’t need any heating this week, can we make it to November?
