Jacobite

A very early and dark start to the day, we got the “fish fish fairy” at 7:30 for a day of food shopping. We looked up the train timetable beforehand so that we could stand on the bridge i discovered last time and watch the Jacobite go past. It was so loud but exciting to see close up, S loved it (Jess didn’t). A successful food shop, I had a two week meal plan so I was feeling organised. This evening for dinner I made something new - prawn tacos. I made coleslaw using white cabbage and red onion in a Greek yoghurt, honey, mint sauce and lime dressing in small toritilla wraps with jumbo king prawns that I fried in Cajun spices. Very tasty and zingy.
