Stunning morning, soggy afternoon. Basil and I went out in both , we know how it is!
Batch cooking chutney today, between washing , weighing, chopping ( ahhhhh !! the chopping ), stirring , bubbling , splashing , washing up , keeping an eye on the endless simmering , sterilisation etc etc it took being at home the whole day . But Xmas pressies and delicious chutney for us, for the next year, is sorted :0)
