At the Pumpkin Patch

I got last night’s ferry to Portsmouth, arriving at my daughter’s house this morning, and after a cup of tea we set off, in the rain, to the pumpkin patch.
Thanks to advice from blipper Paola, I had my wellies with me, and I certainly needed them, but the rain soon stopped. The mud remained underfoot though.
There were lots of activities, but Henry and Rosie both enjoyed the washing station where they pegged out, used a toy mangle and and iron!
Then granny got a workout pushing a small go cart up a muddy slope (many times) so that Henry could ride down, and following him through a maize maze!
