Mousey on the chicken shelf!

This baby mouse appeared on a high shelf in the kitchen, running backwards and forwards behind all the chickens, so I quickly put a trap up there with a bit of chorizo in it and hey presto - it must have been hungry as it was the fastest mouse ever caught!
Mr F released it behind the woodshed, and it will have to take its chances outside now. It isn’t cold outside, but we’re having another very wet day.  This weather reminds me of when we moved to Belgium in 2006. We didn’t have two consecutive dry days for three months!
