One of our rental homes the landlord has been in dispute with the leasing agent, and the leasing agent has not sorted out the gardener who should have had this mess sorted out long ago.

The lease is due for renewal, but on our terms for a change, to counter the breech of contract for the last five months

So glad our young folk are stepping up to ensure they get the best possible deal.
