Today at the Men's Shed

I made this rose bud stained glass window back in 2009 and until we moved to North Yorkshire it was on show in our garden shed/shelter. It is pretty much the last thing to be unpacked from our move two years ago.

I wanted to display it in our south facing bedroom window so today at the Men's Shed I made this standing frame for it. All I need to do now is wait for the sun to reappear... 

The rose bud is of one I photographed back in 2007 during a visit to the gardens at Great Dixter as part of my garden design degree.
