2022 Wednesday — Morning

This was a gorgeous morning and a busy day. We had a 1:45 afternoon appointment for our canine Mitzi at the veterinarian; so we bathed both dogs (a lot of work) and we all went to Morro Bay to see Dr. Byrd. Blood work and an X-ray were done so we had 45 minutes to do whatever we wanted. We went to get a snack; it had been hours since we’d eaten our Raisin Bran breakfast cereal.

We went to retrieve Mitzi and we were told her X-ray was being sent to a radiologist to be read in detail. The veterinarian would phone us when she had all the results.

Chloe was delighted when we delivered Mitzi back to her place in our car and of course she had to inspect Mitzi to make sure her buddy was okay.

Then we took them for a short walk in Hardie Park in Cayucos before heading to the house.

This has been a crazy day.
