Little did Robert Spencer expect; no relation of Frank apparently.  This lollipop man can be found leading his combo in a selection of terpsichorean wonders week about in Kirkwall’s St Magnus Centre.  CDs are available – some of them have been recorded at the Vets.  It also affords a glimpse of the romance of the twin spires of Kirkwall Power Station.  Never knowingly under Blipped.  Or underwater.
