A portrait that had to be posted in colour.

Another very quick run through Leeds, trying and failing to get home in time for a Teams meeting, having to hop off the train at Guiseley in order to make the call from Roam's. And then I realised I had no power supply and my battery went flat after ten minutes. I need to better get on top of this new life of mine!

It was warm out today and I took my first run since the race, just 3 miles on the moor to see how the legs felt. They were okay downhill and on the flat, but I had absolutely nothing on the hills. It's a sign that I emptied them pretty well in France.
