Eye test

On waking each morning Mundy gives his eyes a little test. One eye is virtually blind - macular degeneration - and the other eye started going wonky, but the wonderful people at the Manchester Eye Hospital have managed to stop it deteriorating, so he can carry on drawing his extraordinary pictures.

We're so lucky to be here. His left eye went when we lived in Zimbabwe, where they couldn't help.

Yay! I've discovered how to get black and white with this camera. Hope I remember!
