sunflower blip

and we continue the gardening/growing theme from yesterday...

today 54 sunflower seeds have been planted...

last year the slugs did rather well from the sunflower shoots - and we had to plant some later seeds which, despite the wet weather and late planting did finally bloom.

this year, the seeds are planted inside, and will be transplanted out once the shoots start to appear in the newly weeded and prepared border - along with a trillion slug pellets!
