Cocktail 41 of 50: Opera

Cracking on with the cocktail project now I’m 10 months into being 50!
I had to buy something new for this one: Dubonnet, apparently the Queen Mother’s favourite tipple.

1 measure Dubonnet
1/2 measure orange curaçao (we used Cointreau)
2 measures Gin
Stir over ice and strain into a martini glass with an orange twist

If you like Martini this is nice!

*we had a second one with Maraschino liqueur instead of Cointreau. Even better!!
