Vegan Lox
Woke up rested this morning at 0550! It was a beautiful autumn morning and we enjoyed a great cycle down to Harwich. Later in the day the weather swooshed in. Spent hours batch cooking leftover fridge veg.
This is vegan ‘smoked salmon’ made from carrot ribbons and among other things a magical ingredient of ‘liquid smoke’. It’s good but took a long time to make.
Mustering the energy to do an initial pack for next Friday when we head off on a little sunshine break.
