Unbelievable

Daughter and grandson coming round in the afternoon so all my jobs done and then out for a walk with Hetty. The sun was shining, even had sun specs on, and although cold it was dry so headed off in trainers and no coat. Got to the park and it came down so fast that everyone ran for the trees. I don’t think I have ever been so wet, had to completely change when I got home, and dry everything on the radiators.
Picked up daughter and little one and made dinner while hubby had a play.
We were planning going north tomorrow but as she is on her own for the next two nights we are delaying until Tuesday. They had the shed broken into last night and their bikes stolen so she is feeling a little uncomfortable about being alone, so at least we are close by is she gets worried she will call.
