2864. Todays lunch….

Because I haven’t taken any other photos! So it’s a bit of an EB as I doubt I’ll take any other photos today.
Todays lunch was breaded pork fillet with root mash (swede, carrot, parsnip) and some spicy sweetcorn with onion and some spinach and tomato. It was really tasty and healthy too…
