Dyrham

Dyrham Park National Trust property is situated north of Bath and is a popular destination for people from the area. It was very busy when our son and his girlfriend took us there. Although originally from the West Country Mrs S and I had never visited here. It is wonderful how the masses disappear when spread over a large area. 
This shot is of the expertly hidden (by me!) front of the property and the additions show the rear - it looks the other way around but there you are.
It was remarkably warm during our visit and very windy too. We are going to pay for this warmth I think. The views west towards Bristol are far reaching and wonderful.
