Beware All Ye Who Enter Here

We took a brief turn around downtown to see what was happening. As usual, they have closed off the main street and a few adjacent blocks to traffic, but the crowds of children that I remember from when the grandkids were little just weren't there. Very few merchants appeared to be giving away treats, and there weren't many costumes. I expect things will change a bit as it gets later, when the grown-up goblins come out of hiding, but Covid may have taken its toll on this holiday.
