A lovely surprise

A couple of weeks ago, DoogieVanIsle, Impy, and their friends from Ontario came over for a visit, and we treated them to lunch. So great to get this beautiful thank you card from D and I in the mail today! A rare treat to get any kind of card and something other than a bill! They must have bought the card when they were here. The design is by Wendy, an artist on this island. I don't know her but I'd like to see more of her cards.
A very dreich and cold day here. I did say I was longing for rain, didn't I? So happy to be getting a good amount of it.
