A beautiful semi-tropical garden in Cornwall?

No - it’s the dustbin area of a block of flats where my friend is staying in an Airbnb in inner city Easton. While some major work fixing their kitchen means they can’t be in their house, as there is no water. We had a lovely brunch in the Thali café - I had banana and coconut pancakes, fantastic!
