Dinner preparations

It is a daily ponder really - what to have for dinner. Tonight it'll be an omelette with peppers, onions, mushrooms, lean ham, chopped cooked new potatoes, eggs (obviously) and chopped herbs from my new herb garden. It is almost ready now - hope it tastes OK. Also it is all 'free' on the slimming world diet.
