Defence mechanism

A nice little short break on the Ayrshire coast.  Our first outing for quite a while.
Culzean looked variously magnificent in the sunshine then sodden in the rain. We were also treated to tantalising glimpses of Arran and Alisa Craig from time to time.
This is a very ornate mortar cannon on the battlements above the servant’s corridor.

In extras are the walled garden in the rain, the castle and the sun catching the waves on the shore.
