Yesterdays zombiefied state resolved into a hard to shift headache which persisted this morning when I awoke.  A quiet day needed ... so that's what I've had.  Tested negative for covid first thing.  A morning in bed mostly listening to the radio, I levitated myself in time to take Jamie to the health centre at 4 and gave Meg a run with the ball afterwards.   An early night is a must.  I am feeling less decrepit but I have an early start tomorrow to get Ruth to the Drs at 11am ... 125 miles from here.  I'm away until Friday with other things arranged after tomorrow.  Really hoping I've put the lethargy sufficiently to bed for the next 48 hours at least :-/
