The View

I had arranged to meet a friend for coffee this morning at Yew Tree Farm in Wootton Wawen. Got there and a notice told us they were closed today for one day only with a planned power cut for maintenance . Grr. So we decamped down the road to The View with its , er, amazing view over the countryside and the marina on the canal.
The cafe is a bit big and barn like with a lot of noise and is not so cosy as our intended venue where I was hoping to look at the workshops and the craft courses they run there.
