Appropriate Weather For A Sharp Dressed Duck

My god this week has been wet. It hasn't really stopped pouring down all week and today was no exception.
I've been a bit grumpy this week (apart from yesterday) as I've hurt my back (caused by an injury from a car accident a few years ago which still flares up occasionally) and it has now migrated to aching hips and a sore foot - I feel about 105! I try and start the day with an early morning run at least 3 or 4 times a week but I'm just hobbling around at the moment so that hasn't improved my mood either.
Then today I had to get my booster Covid jab so my left arm is hurting too. I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself to be honest! What a big baby!
Today's image is of this smartly dressed little chap floating in a large puddle outside our back door which always appears when we have heavy rain. I particularly like his rather askew bow tie! :-)
