Lions!

Archie and I took a walk over to see the lions, and, perchance, to have a nice flat white cofee at the caravan. It was so warm! And so windy!

JR went to the gym, Jane went swimming in the Commonwealth Pool and managed 6 (50m) lengths for her first go. I’m surrounded by fit people…

I made myself a cuppa, using the microwave to heat the water, as usual, and it wasn’t hot. The microwave has been acting up lately, and making weird shuddering noises. JR was on to it in a flash - researching, comparing, reading reviews, and had a new one ordered, to be delivered tomorrow! No hanging about here, because we use it so much. I was keen to get the one that was a microwave, a convection oven and an air fryer all in one, but it was too big for the space we have for it.

Just fast forwarding through last night’s ‘I’m a Celebrity…’ it’s too painful to watch in normal time. Also ‘enjoyed’ the first episode of ‘The Crown’. I thought Dominic West had PC’s mannerisms down to a T, but I’m quite glad The Queen isn’t seeing it…
