David Stirling

We call in each time when passing through to Stirling or Edinburgh and enjoyed the recent Drama on Television.

An interesting (not) crossing on the small ferry from Craignure to Oban. Unpleasant.

A good drive across to Edinburgh stopping at the Artisan cafe for a roll, soup, and cake and afterwards at the monument raised to the SAS and David Stirling. Onto the campsite at Morton Hall, on the outskirts of the city. The decision was made to eat at the on-site pub, all very relaxing.
