A pot of gold at the rainbow’s end?

Not this time. It’s the 19 storey tower block, just adjacent to the end of my street. The builders went bankrupt so it sits unfinished, and when it rains heavily the water pours through the top floors:(  A new company is supposed to finish it, but no signs yet. 
Meanwhile I hear today on the news that the City Council is going to have 24/7 waking fire watchers in 38 of the tower blocks in Bristol, because the cladding, though not precisely the same as the one in Grenfell, is known to pose similar risks.
