The Rainbow……

We had welcome rain overnight. Maisie and I walked early. She was very energetic….. chasing ducks. Naughty girl. There were dark clouds hovering in the north-western sky and a rainbow to be admired. It some viewpoints a second shadow rainbow could be seen. I’ve felt very tired today. I listened to my body and took some power naps. Tonight our New Zealand Black Ferns women’s rugby team take on the English Roses team in the World Cup final. Go Kiwis!
