A whole afternoon!

It was glorious sunshine and positively warm.  I abandoned any work at lunch time and headed up to the plot with a long list of jobs to do.  I started on sorting out the shed and have managed to get almost a metre inside the door, so a way to go yet.  Also planted out the winter lettuce in the cold frame.  They have been growing on in pots since their arrival at the beginning of October, but good to get them out.  Hoping the slugs don't find them.
Hoping for more sun tomorrow to do a bit more.
Note to @janepetleyjones - I think the slugs have found my saffron, some petal debris in a couple of places. :-(
