Post swim smiles

What a great morning. The sun was shining and we are still clinging, by our fingertips, to double figures in the water temperature….11°.

I swam a 500m lap and started a second one but I felt too cold and didn’t think I would cope so I did the 250m. I did get my head in this week, though, and I did a bit of crawl. There won’t be that many more weeks when I can do that! I did have some serious brain freeze going on.
