BREAKFAST
I love Oats with Chia and Flaxseed with either Almond or Hazelnut milk.....today I added half a banana.
I try change my breakfast daily.
One day oats, the next yogurt or eggs...
Discovered a new breakfast which I made yesterday...was delis and will be doing again.
Grate one Sweet potato and cook for about 2 mins in coconut oil.
Crack one or two eggs on top
Put lid on pan so egg can cook...
I put a little Herbamarie on top of eggs
HEAVEN...it was so so tasty.
