TUT - After Dark

It's Thursday ( public holiday in Germany ) Thursday means TUT day with my photography partner and friend, Kerstin.
The theme for this week was AFTER DARK

I struggled, took my camera with me when I went out to teach this week, but at 9pm when I get home it's still light :) so there went my ideas.
On Tuesday evening I came home and knew that this was my last evening to capture an image as Wednesday I email my image to Kerstin.
I walked into my bedroom, switched on the light when it hit me......after dark I switch on the lights!
So before rushing off to bath, I captured my image!

What again surprised me about our images was that they again look so similar. The darkness around both images. Kerstin loves to read her kindle after dark, so this was where her idea came from.
