Hydro Ness hydro-electric generator

This newish mini power station supplies 50% of the electricity needs of the Inverness Aquadome and Leisure Centre. It uses an archimedes screw to utilise the power of the river which already has a weir chanelling the water. This is the first time I've gone along to investigate. I think it is a better work of art than many other things which make such claims. And it does something useful. There are two extra photos.
