Stirling castle

On my morning walk I met  yet another of our young new neighbours and like all the recent incomers she too works mainly from home.
 
If I was still in journalism there is no doubt that I too would be home-based. Yes, there would be a bonus in not having a daily commute into Glasgow but I know I would miss the camaraderie of a busy newspaper office.
 
This afternoon we saw Chekov’s “ The Seagull” streamed from the National Film Theatre at the Macrobert arts centre.
This stripped back production is both challenging and hypnotic.
