Blue

Plenty of blue sky this morning and an eerie calm after last night's gale.
Rain spread from the west and it's manky again.
Still no Christmas cake made.
I did 30seconds x 2 in the new Cryospa at the pool. It's 5c. I have only 8 minutes left to go for it to have any benefit.
