Christmas,cake,pudding and cactus

Rain and more rain.

I dodged out of the doggie walk and started collecting together the ingredients for my Christmas cake, after much weighing and stirring it was finally ready for the oven. While that was cooking we made a spag bol for dinner.

The rain stopped about 5 o’clock so Mr PC took the doggies for a quick walk and I weighed out and stirred the Christmas pudding mixture ready for the pot tomorrow.

My five days out of the kitchen were definitely over.
