Who's looking at who?

Spotted this on the side of a police box on Thursday night while Mr itiswhatitis drove myself, Am Bioran and Mr C into town for a slightly messy whacked out night. Unfortunately for me Am Bioran managed to capture some of the odd proceedings ;o) Seeing as I was heading back into Edinburgh this avo I thought I'd stop by and take the opportunity to blip this face. Not sure who sprays these things and if they have any particular meaning but I quite like the oddness of it. Funnily enough it appeals to me.
