The Turnpike Toll Cottage, Paignton

Took myself off for a solo girly retail therapy day, during which it seemed to turn from rainy spring to full summer!

I grabbed this blip while the lights were on red at the end of Paignton ring road. This is what it says on the plaque on the house wall (the capitals and punctuation exactly as they appear):
