I've had it since she died on this day 17th November in 2001 and she had it for a long time before that. So today this blip is for her anniversary.

You will note this is the pink part, the white is yet to come out but is on it's way. Mum did think that the white one and suddenly started changing colour till I pointed out she had probably  put a cutting from a pink one in the pot with it. so it is well over 21 years old. I have another white one taken from a cutting of this. Just in case I lose it.

Today has been a wet one as it probably has for a lot of you. We got soaked this morning taking the dog for a walk, She's quite happy with her raincoat on the rain doesn't bother her, she is a typical farm collie. she will mooch round the garden in the rain, whereas Molly and Maddy hated it.
So a steady day, watched the Mini Budget, I don't think it has alleviated the immediate cost of living crisis for most people. This is going to be a tighten your belts Christmas.

I read of the case of a woman who has had to give up her 8 year old dog to a dogs home because she can't afford to keep it and her 9 year old son has given his pocket money back to her to help with the fuel bills, what sort of a world are we living in.
