Picture Wall

Woke up this morning to the sound of rain. I'm so glad we travelled down from Inverness yesterday as the trains are cancelled today. The picture in my extra is a screenshot from our local fb group, of a junction less than a mile from here. It's a relatively new junction and one has to wonder whether the drainage system may not have been sufficient. You've probably seen this picture or one very similar on the news sites too.
My blip today is of a corner in our lounge. This picture wall has pictures done by friends and people who I know. I'm very fond of them and I'm in huge awe of those who created them. My thumbnail is of an etching by my very talented friend Cat. The coloured etching below it of Princes St Gardens, which was at the time an experiment, is also her work.
I hope nobody has suffered unduly as a result of the rain. Fingers crossed for the rugby tomorrow.
