Green Canopy

The beech trees just outside our avenue have suddenly abandoned their winter grey and adopted their wonderful springtime green. So fresh and new and clean looking. I suppose that as usual they will darken by summertime but in the meantime they form a perfect canopy under which to drive to and from work every day.
