The Heart of a Wild Narcissus ...

...for all of the Swallowtail Butterfly fans from yesterday. I was so lucky to capture that image, and all of your comments, favourites and stars felt like a lottery win!

Today the fields above Les Avants which is above Montreux, had started to explode with these delicate flowers. This is the first time I have been able to visit the fields in over 30 years of living in the area. They are late this year and will be better next week, so if you live in the area, it is a sight worth travelling to see. The views from up there are superb over Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) and up the Rhone Valley too.
