Baked With Love

Up early to finish our pre-trip to do list. Hubby decided it would be prudent to get new tires for the trailer; I agreed. The store only had one in the size he needed but the spare is brand new. He put them on and sighed with relief that he’d thought about it. Most of my day was spent in the kitchen as you can see. We could just as easily eat store bought breakfast food but everyone enjoys my homemade concoctions. There is a sausage and veggie breakfast casserole, oatmeal cranberry pecan cookies, pineapple muffins and cranberry scones with a streusel topping. Then I made chicken salad for dinner and finished ironing. Hubby vacuumed, got kitties’ room ready and fed the birds again. All that’s left is packing the car and cleaning up after dinner.
