Pie

I had a good nights sleep, walked to Lock House and back ( I am not allowed to walk the dogs yet) at a good pace and no discomfort! 
Did a little shopping and took the rest of the day easy, did knock up a beef pie for our evening meal, and some soup to batch up for future.
