Craft Show Sunday

Molly Magee's is our biggest craft show with over 150 vendors.  There are two every year, just before Halloween and just before Thanksgiving.  I've made it to both of them this year.  It's held inside the huge exhibit building in the county fairgrounds, about a mile down the road from home. My collage is a sampling of what I saw, and Becky is in the extra trying on hats. We had fun, despite the huge crowd. :-)

We got there just after they opened hoping to get close parking because we knew the unpaved parking lot would be awful.  Most of the snow had melted and left standing water yesterday, which froze overnight and hadn't yet thawed by the time we arrived.  We should have brought our ice skates.  It was treacherous!  By the time we left it had melted into a huge mudpuddle.  Fortunately, we had planned ahead with our footwear, but it didn't help on the ice!

I am grateful that we both managed to stay upright on the way through the parking lot!

I'm behind on your journals again.  I hope to have time to catch up tomorrow.  Too tired tonight.  Same thing that happened last night. ;-)
